How this sheet is set
One monospaced face for every word and every figure, with the accent set to the ink itself so nothing on the sheet is coloured. Filled panels are removed rather than tinted — this is the least ink of any style in the library.
The Classic layout
The arrangement everyone already knows how to read: a letterhead across the top, the two parties side by side under it, then the schedule and the totals. Nothing about it has to be explained to a recipient, which is why more of the library is built on this skeleton than on any other.
Who it suits
A safe default for almost any business, and the right choice when the invoice will be read by someone who has never seen one of yours before.
Monospaced type, fixed measures, structure made visible. Figures line up because the face makes them line up, and the sheet reads as something produced by a system rather than composed by hand.
What it prints
Every template in the library prints the same set of facts — a template that dropped one would fail the library’s own contract test. What changes between them is where the facts sit and how they are set.
- Issuer and recipient, each with an address, an optional contact line, and a tax label and number you write yourself.
- Invoice number, issue date, service period, payment terms or an explicit due date, and the date of the service agreement.
- Your own references — purchase order, contract, cost centre — labelled the way your client labels them.
- Line items with a quantity, an optional unit, an optional period, a rate and an amount.
- A note field, and full banking details with an optional payment reference.
Anything you leave empty prints nothing at all — no blank labels, no placeholder rows.
